Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $100,000 — $120,000 USD (Base)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for cloud security deployment, configuration, and operationalization.
• Develop success plans with measurable goals to drive adoption and business value realization.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for a book of up to 15 enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer feature requests and resolve blockers.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal processes in partnership with sales teams.
• Mentor associate TAMs and contribute to the scaling of the TAM organization and its processes.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success Engineering.
• Strong understanding of at least one major CSP (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-security best practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps technologies including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and version control.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CSP certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer).
• Security-specific certifications or proven experience addressing complex cloud-security challenges.
