What you will do

• Lead deep discovery with business and technical stakeholders to uncover high-value use cases.
• Design tailored solutions, moving through scoping, architecture, and technical refinement.
• Map hirify.global's integration into complex enterprise stacks involving OMS, WMS, TMS, and various APIs.
• Own the end-to-end sales engineering motion, including demos, trials, and POCs.
• Build and defend financial business cases and ROI models for CFOs and COOs.
• Experiment with new AI models and agent capabilities to codify repeatable solution frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in solutions engineering, presales, or technical account management.
• Proven experience owning complex enterprise opportunities from discovery to close.
• Fluency in APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong financial and analytical skills for building and defending ROI models.
• Ability to move comfortably between technical discussions with engineers and business cases with senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in value engineering or management consulting.
• Background in enterprise AI deployments, logistics, delivery, or supply chain.
