What you will do

• Take full ownership of the internal SharePoint tool used by the PMO for financial and productivity reporting.
• Develop SharePoint workflows, lists, libraries, and dashboards to support complex reporting needs.
• Produce monthly financial reports in close partnership with project sponsors.
• Gather requirements for system enhancements, obtain stakeholder consensus, and implement approved changes.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end process failures across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Train end users and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries and process flows.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows and SharePoint Online architecture (lists, permissions, indexing).
• Expertise in Power BI for creating operational dashboards and financial reports.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts, including primary/foreign keys and complex relationships.
• Proven business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, budgets, and project forecasts.
• Must be available to work standard hours of 8:00 – 5:00 Eastern Time Zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with PMO methodologies and project management.
• Familiarity with Power Apps or custom SharePoint form development.
• Experience with Smartsheet integration and application support.
• Industry experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Confidence in presenting data and reports to C-level executives.
