What you will do

• Analyze current and future state business processes across enterprise ERP applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Perform gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Define business scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria for system validation.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect triage and analysis.
• Contribute to user documentation, training support, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst supporting enterprise ERP applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of core ERP processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Global Trade Management.
• Proven ability to document functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Ability to work on-site in Tijuana, Mexico or meet the criteria for global remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-country ERP landscapes and regional compliance requirements.
• Exposure to SAP-integrated platforms like Salesforce, OpenText, iValua, or Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Jira and SharePoint.
