Salary: $52,730 – $65,500

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise SharePoint Online sites, communication hubs, and team sites.
• Implement automated business workflows and solutions using Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI.
• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements through customer engagement.
• Establish governance standards for site architecture, content management, and document lifecycles.
• Provide Tier II and Tier III technical support and manage service requests via ServiceNow.
• Develop and execute test plans, including functional and regression testing, for all platform solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent plus 5 years of experience (or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
• Experience with ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM platform), Incident Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, and low-code/no-code development.
