What you will do

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from charter preparation to first value delivery.
• Deploy connectors and configure metadata pipelines using standard playbooks and runbooks.
• Coordinate technical prerequisites and resolve deployment blockers with customers.
• Produce and validate detailed deployment runbooks and evidence packages for quality gates.
• Provide technical recommendations and support for custom configurations, data migrations, and non-standard connectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or information management delivery.
• Experience in infrastructure/software architecture, databases, networking, and Cloud solutions (PaaS/SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with connector deployment, metadata configuration, and integration tooling.
• Background in migrating clients from on-premise services to modern cloud solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture for technology sales.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of records management, data governance, and information classification.
• Experience delivering to regulated-market customers (financial services, government, critical infrastructure).
• Proficiency in C#, Python, PowerShell, Web/Swagger API, Docker, AKS, or OpenShift.
• Comfort using AI productivity tools for documentation and reporting.
