What you will do

• Lead complex accounting onboarding projects for strategic Mid-Market, SME, and Enterprise customers.
• Deliver expert financial workflow configurations, owner statement setups, and reporting customizations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and best practices contact for accounting workflows within the North America (NAM) team.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system quality.
• Mentor junior Professional Services Consultants (IC1-IC3) on accounting best practices and customer communications.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize workflows and increase scalability of the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS Accounting Onboarding or Financial Operations.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation workflows, and SaaS financial systems.
• Proficiency with SaaS tools including Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Modjo, Chili Piper, and Mixmax.
• Must be based in North America (NAM).
• Ability to adapt technical language for non-technical audiences.
