Solution Consultant (Cloud Platform Development and Integration)

Location: Remote, Americas; Washington, DC, United States listed. The role may require up to 30% domestic and occasional international travel. Nice to have: alignment with US East and Central time zones. hirify.global can hire in countries where it has a legal entity.

Base pay in the United States: USD 131,400–171,550 for Zone A, USD 118,200–154,395 for Zone B, and USD 10,900–142,387 for Zone C, depending on location, skills, expertise, and experience.

What you will do

• Advise strategic and enterprise customers on hirify.global products, practices, and solutions.
• Partner with customers to solve business challenges and achieve organizational goals.
• Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance across hirify.global solution areas.
• Identify opportunities for service and product expansion within customer organizations.
• Collaborate with Advisory Services, Sales, Product, Support, and other internal teams to address customer needs.
• Travel for internal and customer-facing events, spending up to 30% of working time on travel.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in or working with SaaS companies.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving technical administrators and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise administering hirify.global Data Center ecosystems, including Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Crowd.
• Knowledge of cloud computing architectures, integration methods, product upgrades, and related security considerations.
• Experience implementing and optimizing teamwork frameworks, collaboration tools, organizational communication, project management, and measurable reporting.
• Fluent English required.

• Spanish, French, or Portuguese for business communication.
• Ability to align working hours with US East and Central time zones.
• Experience coaching best practices and tailoring guidance for stakeholders.
• Experience with cross-team projects and large customers in consulting or technical expert roles.
