About the Role

You will support pipeline generation through targeted prospecting, outreach, and early-stage qualification across hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers, and digital asset service providers. You will participate in discovery and demo calls, maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce, conduct account research, and coordinate with Solutions, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to advance deals. You will help develop proposals, capture product feedback, build deep product knowledge, and represent Talos at industry events to identify new business opportunities. You will use native or professional proficiency in Japanese, with Korean as a plus.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or institutional financial services
• Strong recent graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, trading, and technology
• Familiarity with digital assets or crypto markets is advantageous but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, within a structured sales process
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Coachable, proactive, and thoughtful approach with good judgment
• High level of ownership and self-direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
• Native or professional proficiency in Japanese
• Korean is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support pipeline generation through targeted prospecting, outreach, and early-stage qualification across core client segments
• Participate in discovery and demo calls alongside senior sales team members
• Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene in Salesforce
• Conduct market and account research to identify high-potential prospects
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Account Management, Product, and Engineering
• Support proposal development, workflow documentation, and follow-up materials
• Capture and quantify product feedback and feature requests
• Build strong product knowledge over time
• Represent Talos at industry conferences and client events
