What you will do

• Identify, engage, and onboard referral partners, including corporate service providers and incorporation intermediaries.
• Negotiate and close referral agreements to expand the partner network and increase the business pipeline.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to maximize referral activity and business growth.
• Deliver compelling presentations on acquiring and banking solutions to prospective partners and merchants.
• Drive merchant acquisition through a combination of referrals and direct business development efforts.
• Track performance against acquisition, activation, and conversion targets using CRM records.

Requirements

• Previous experience in field sales.
• Proven success in high-volume customer acquisition or lead generation environments.
• Experience working with brokers, agents, distributors, or channel partners.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop business relationships quickly.
• High resilience and comfort operating in a target-driven environment.
• Must be based in Singapore for on-site work.
