What you will do

• Lead high-impact AI projects end-to-end across multiple product domains and development teams.
• Co-shape the AI product strategy and own the roadmap tied to company-level goals.
• Hands-on prototyping of AI agents, workflows, and internal tools to increase organizational velocity.
• Champion AI adoption within the product department to remove friction in discovery and shipping.
• Act as the primary authority on AI product judgment, reviewing specs and setting quality standards.
• Monitor market trends in AI and hospitality to proactively pivot product direction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience focused on AI/LLM-powered products.
• Hands-on experience with prompting, evals, agent frameworks, and rapid prototyping.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-domain initiatives through influence rather than authority.
• Strong data fluency and product craft (metrics, discovery, specs).
• English: Mandatory proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or the hospitality/travel tech space.
• Experience driving internal AI adoption or AI enablement programs.
