What you will do

• Define and drive the KYC & AML product strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory obligations.
• Lead the rebuild of onboarding flows for individuals and companies to reduce time-to-activation.
• Act as the internal compliance expert, helping other product teams embed regulatory thinking into their workflows.
• Partner with compliance, KYC-OPS, and engineering to manage a prioritized backlog.
• Define and track key performance metrics such as straight-through processing rate and cost per manual case.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with identity verification and compliance infrastructure vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or regulated financial services.
• Working knowledge of EU or UK KYC/AML regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSD2, MiCA).
• Proven track record of rebuilding onboarding or identity verification flows with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing migrations or integrations at the financial infrastructure layer.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to instrument new metrics and drive data-driven prioritization.
• English: B2+ proficiency required (application and CV must be submitted in English).
