What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team comprising Engineering, Design, and Data to bring Editing Experience products from concept to launch.
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the editing ecosystem aligned with company goals.
• Create high-impact features that simplify workflows and eliminate bottlenecks for linguists and reviewers.
• Utilize a customer-centric approach and continuous discovery to integrate user feedback into the product.
• Define and track business goals, KPIs, and success metrics to drive data-informed improvements.
• Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing product organization.

Requirements

• Must reside and have the legal right to work in the UK, Latvia, or Spain.
• Hands-on experience in the localization/language services industry (LSP or translation-technology platform).
• 2+ years of Product Management experience specifically within the localization domain.
• Proven UX skills and commitment to continuous discovery and user empathy.
• Strong analytical expertise for interpreting data and trends to diagnose problems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment.

Nice to have

• Background as a former linguist, translator, or localization manager who transitioned into product management.
