What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision for the post-booking customer journey.
• Integrate AI and LLM solutions to automate support and improve resolution speed.
• Partner closely with design to ensure high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
• Diagnose product performance using data to drive actionable insights and decisions.
• Manage stakeholders across product, operations, AI, and customer care teams.
• Prioritize the product roadmap to balance immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

• English proficiency: C1+ required (official office language).
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona for hybrid work.
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on complex user journeys.
• Strong ability to translate data trends into clear product briefs and decisions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate research and prototyping.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
