What you will do

• Execute transportation operations across multiple fulfillment centers to ensure driver coverage and on-time dispatch performance.
• Lead carrier engagement and communication to confirm driver assignments and build carrier accountability.
• Manage load planning and execution using Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to resolve exceptions.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker for real-time operational disruptions and implement short-term and long-term solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis using SQL and Excel to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven corrective action plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FC operations and internal transportation teams to drive service excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics.
• Must be based in Plantation, FL.
• Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) or similar TMS platforms.
• Analytical proficiency, including basic SQL skills and Excel-based data analysis.
• Proven experience managing third-party carrier performance and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in transload and yard management operations.
• Background in e-commerce or retail transportation environments.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
