Transportation Execution Manager (Logistics)

Location: Primarily in person at Lancaster, Texas, with possible placement in Jacksonville, Florida, or Greensboro, North Carolina; approximately monthly travel to other sites is required.

Salary: $94,050–$104,500 annual base pay, plus potential equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own transportation execution KPIs across the Lancaster, Jacksonville, and Greensboro sites and drive performance improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site transportation team through training, SOP adherence, performance management, and staffing coordination.
• Build partnerships with fulfillment center leaders, carriers, site leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as the first escalation point for carrier and fulfillment center issues, escalating to regional leadership when needed.
• Communicate process changes, identify operational insights, and lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Make data-driven decisions on staffing, overtime, outage coverage, and network priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, or related operations, or 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, and an entrepreneurial approach to process improvement.
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets is required.
• Ability to work primarily in person at Lancaster, TX, with approximately monthly travel to other sites and additional travel as business needs require.
