Warehouse Area Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead inbound or outbound teams within a fulfillment center.
• Ensure shipments leaving the distribution center meet quality and brand standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Hold regular status meetings with leads to support training, resolve concerns, and develop fulfillment-center employees.
• Plan with carriers and the wider network to meet fulfillment-center and carrier capacity expectations.
• Communicate with marketplace representatives to maintain performance standards and address issues.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience with process mapping and standard operating procedure documentation.
• Ability to give and receive both positive and negative feedback.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and longer hours during busy periods.
• Ability to work on-site in Savannah, Georgia.
