Transportation Operations Specialist (Customer Onsite | Multiple locations)

What you will do

• Execute transportation workflows and coordinate customers, 3PLs, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to meet operational KPIs and OKRs.
• Arrange domestic and international shipments based on cost, transit time, transport mode, and critical shipment requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, warehouse capacity, trailer capacity, and shipping and receiving bottlenecks.
• Resolve operational and delivery issues, manage standard escalations, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive carrier and service provider performance while ensuring standard operating procedures are followed.
• Collect and interpret operational data to improve transportation efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or transportation.
• Experience with logistics software, including ERP, transportation management systems, and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Communication, negotiation, issue-resolution, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and triage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
