TL;DR

Head of Partnerships (Fintech): Leading the global partnership channel strategy for the hirify.global eVestment platform with an accent on expanding the partner ecosystem and driving sustainable revenue growth. Focus on structuring complex commercial agreements, building C-suite relationships, and optimizing partner performance.

Location: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week in-office). Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta or New York, USA

What you will do

• Define and execute a global partnership channel strategy aligned with commercial and product objectives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives at strategic partner organizations.
• Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and structuring of complex partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Product, Finance, and Legal leaders to develop pricing and financial models.
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market insights.
• Improve partnership frameworks and governance to ensure scalable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (MBA, CFA, or CAIA strongly preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in partnership development or business development within financial services or fintech.
• 5+ years of experience in the institutional investment industry.
• Proven track record of executing complex commercial agreements with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence C-suite leaders across matrixed organizations.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the hirify.global eVestment platform.
• Knowledge of Private Markets and alternative investment strategies.
• Prior experience in a fintech or data analytics company.
