TL;DR

Head of Partnerships, Nasdaq eVestment (Fintech): Defining and leading a global partnership channel strategy for an institutional investment intelligence platform with an accent on ecosystem expansion, complex commercial agreements, and sustainable revenue growth. Focus on building executive relationships, developing partnership pricing and financial models, and translating market insights into scalable channel governance and growth plans.

Location: United States, based in Atlanta or New York; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office.

What you will do

Define and execute the partnership channel strategy in line with commercial and product objectives.
Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at strategic partner organizations.
Evaluate, negotiate, and structure complex partnership agreements while balancing commercial value and risk.
Collaborate with Revenue, Product, Finance, and Legal leaders on pricing strategies and financial models.
Provide data-driven recommendations on market opportunities, partner dynamics, and growth plans.
Improve partnership frameworks, processes, and governance to support a scalable partner channel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or professional certification is strongly preferred.
10+ years of experience in partnership development, channel management, or business development within financial services or financial technology.
At least 5 years of experience in the institutional investment industry.
Demonstrated success structuring and executing complex commercial agreements with measurable outcomes.
Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
Strong financial acumen, including building and interpreting partnership performance models.

Nice to have

Familiarity with the hirify.global eVestment platform and institutional investment analytics market.
Knowledge of private markets and alternative investment strategies.
Experience at a financial technology or data analytics company.
