What you will do

• Own and manage the sales pipeline for all podcast sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop and grow relationships within a specific agency patch to generate briefs and drive revenue.
• Build prospecting lists and identify new business opportunities using market insights.
• Lead the pitching, briefing, education, and activation of podcast sponsorship campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored podcast briefs and strengthen the podcast narrative.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the audioXi podcast portfolio.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
• Established relationships with key stakeholders at major media agencies.
• In-depth knowledge of the podcast and digital audio advertising landscape.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
