Salary: $21.00 per hour, approximately $3,360 per month before taxes.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound warm leads from pet parents interested in insurance.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coverage through a consultative approach.
• Explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options.
• Address objections, guide customers through enrollment, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Meet enrollment targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Handle healthcare and customer service inquiries through phone, email, and chat while collaborating with insurance partners.

Requirements

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance license in the applicant’s home state.
• Ability to obtain and maintain non-resident licenses in all 50 U.S. states.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience; 2 years of insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, communication, and data-entry skills.
• Ability to pass background, insurance, and fingerprinting screenings.
• Reliable wired internet of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, plus a dedicated workspace and device for two-factor authentication.
