Location: Fully remote within the United States, working CST hours.

What you will do

• Support the migration from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and maintain the legacy implementation during the transition.
• Lead FinOps initiatives, system enhancements, special projects, and process improvements across purchasing, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, and accounts receivable.
• Analyze business requirements and design, streamline, automate, and document ERP-enabled finance processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, process experts, and business stakeholders to evaluate impacts and implement solutions.
• Research ERP updates and known issues, test key processes, and educate business SMEs and process owners on functionality changes.
• Support financial close activities, reconciliations, reporting, P&L reviews, variance analysis, and ongoing finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience with D365 F&O and AX 2012.
• Strong analytical, account reconciliation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and lead teams or stakeholder meetings.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies supporting D365 F&O, including Task Recorder and RSAT.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States during CST hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with LogicalApps.
• Microsoft D365 F&O certifications.
