What you will do

• Implement user stories for Dynamics CRM and customer portals within an Agile Scrum environment.
• Integrate AI features including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence for Call Center and Customer Service.
• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to ensure high-quality acceptance criteria and implementation.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members to optimize system performance.
• Provide production troubleshooting and problem-solving support for operations teams.
• Develop and maintain SDLC documentation, including Design Documents and Implementation Plans.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience (or commensurate).
• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Proficiency in C#, .Net, Javascript, and FetchXML.
• Experience leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and secure messaging modules.
• Clearance Required: Public Trust.
• Ability to occasionally work onsite at the Washington, DC client site.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerBI, RDL reports, and fillable PDF reports.
• Knowledge of GitHub and deployment pipelines.
• Certifications in Azure Developer, Azure DevOps, or Azure Architect.
