What you will do
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics BC software to align with specific business requirements.
- Execute full life cycle ERP implementations using established standards and documentation.
- Manage data migration from legacy systems into the Dynamics BC environment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide user training for clients.
- Provide post-implementation support and technical guidance.
- Mentor and coach Associate Consultants to foster team development.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Proven experience with at least 2 full life cycle Dynamics BC implementations or 5+ years in ERP consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, .NET, and Business Intelligence.
- Ability to translate complex business processes in distribution or manufacturing environments into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to C-level management.
Nice to have
- Certification in Dynamics BC, Manufacturing, or Warehouse Management.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
