What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics NAV (C/AL) and Business Central (AL) solutions.
• Lead the modernization and upgrade process from Business Central 14 to Business Central 28.
• Build and maintain REST, API, and OData integrations with enterprise systems.
• Contribute to solution architecture, integration design, and technical decision-making.
• Review code and mentor other developers to ensure high quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• Hands-on AL development experience in production environments, ideally with SaaS architecture.
• Experience with Business Central upgrade and migration projects.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, Azure services, and cloud integration concepts.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Fluent/Professional English proficiency.
• Valid working rights for Poland.
