Culture & Engagement Program Manager

hirify.global is a global semiconductor organization building a Culture & Engagement function to support employee experience, organizational performance, and workforce wellbeing.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-wide engagement, culture, wellbeing, recognition, and employee listening programs.
• Develop frameworks, toolkits, governance models, and manager enablement programs that support sustainable adoption and team effectiveness.
• Lead global engagement surveys, pulse surveys, listening forums, and follow-up action planning.
• Advise HR leaders and business stakeholders, lead cross-functional governance groups, and coordinate deployment across HR and functional teams.
• Define KPIs, analyze program impact and employee feedback, and prepare executive-ready insights, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Manage external vendors and strategic partnerships where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement, Organizational Development, HR Programs, Change Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs and stakeholder networks in complex or global matrix organizations.
• Experience with employee listening, engagement surveys, culture initiatives, or wellbeing programs.
• Strong project and program management, analytical, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, employee listening platforms, change management, or organizational development methodologies.
