Senior Manager of Product Operations & Strategy (AI)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid with onsite work required on Tuesday and Wednesday, and Thursday strongly encouraged

Salary: HUF 1.8M–HUF 2M per month

What you will do

• Own quarterly and annual board reporting, translating product performance and strategy into decision-ready materials.
• Manage the operating cadence for strategic cross-functional initiatives, including standups, reviews, and leadership syncs.
• Improve process adherence, operational tools, templates, and product team systems.
• Audit vendor contracts and spending, support annual planning, and identify consolidation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Build business cases for product investments using TAM, SAM, and SOM analysis.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows, automation pipelines, and product development lifecycle governance models.

Requirements

• Five to ten years of experience in product operations, program or project management, strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing board-level or executive reporting.
• Strong project management skills, including operating cadence management and accountability for deadlines.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, training, and monitoring adoption of agentic workflows and automated processes.
• Experience facilitating workshops with VP-level and senior leaders.
• Strong design thinking skills and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured action.
