HR Global Reorganization and Operational Reporting Expert

Location: Hybrid remote/office in Romania, Poland, Hungary or Portugal

What you will do

• Establish and maintain an overview of planned, ongoing and completed reorganization initiatives across business areas, corporate functions and regional hubs.
• Coordinate the global Re-Org Squad, focusing on issue resolution, prioritization, risk mitigation and process improvement.
• Drive alignment across HR, Finance, Legal, HR Services, Works Council interfaces and regional hubs.
• Maintain reporting and governance for the Target Operating Model transition, including dashboards, KPIs, readiness reporting, issue tracking and escalations.
• Prepare management reports, decision papers and executive updates for senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, manage dependency backlogs, and support the cascade of decisions and guidance.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably at Master level, in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Several years of experience in organizational management, reporting and analytics, PMO, operational excellence or a similar area.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, executive reporting and governance skills.
• Experience with organizational transformation, operating model implementation and organizational management methodologies.
• Excellent English language skills required; discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
