What you will do
- Co-develop and localize vendor education content with Product, AI COE, and local market teams.
- Support the rollout of global Vendor Education initiatives across EU markets and adapt programs to local requirements.
- Apply vendor segmentation frameworks and coordinate targeted education interventions.
- Drive vendor engagement, communication, training adoption, and participation across markets.
- Track adoption, completion, and business impact metrics, using insights to improve content effectiveness.
- Coordinate regional stakeholders, feedback loops, scalable processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in vendor management, education, operations, enablement, or similar roles.
- Experience developing, localizing, and delivering training content across multiple markets.
- Strong analytical skills and experience tracking adoption, completion, performance, and business impact metrics.
- Experience managing local and regional stakeholders and coordinating multiple initiatives.
- Strong communication, influencing, project management, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Experience collaborating with Product and COE teams to embed education into operational workflows.
