Project Manager - Biotech - CNS

Location: Sofia, Budapest, Bucharest, or Madrid; remote or office working available depending on location

Travel: Approximately 30% as required

What you will do

• Develop and manage clinical project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide project updates.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project and program management delivery while developing team capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, project management, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience or demonstrated equivalent competencies.
• At least 2 years of direct global clinical project management experience.
• Clinical project management experience in a CRO or biotech company, with CRO experience essential.
• Demonstrated success managing clinical projects from initiation to completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with biotech clients.
• CNS or rare disease indication experience.
