Maintenance Tech III

TL;DR

Maintenance Tech III (Fulfillment Center Operations): Maintaining and repairing facility conveyance systems, warehouse equipment, and building systems with an accent on electrical, mechanical, PLC, HVAC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Location: Onsite at the fulfillment center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; Jessup, Pennsylvania is also listed as a location. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and general repairs across the fulfillment facility.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor, shipping, packing, air, and building systems.
• Maintain electrical systems, batteries, chargers, and powered industrial equipment.
• Complete plumbing, painting, carpentry, rack repair, cleaning, and metal fabrication tasks.
• Document repair orders and parts usage while following safety procedures.
• Instruct and mentor other maintenance team members.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with 480V three-phase electrical systems and low-voltage AC/DC systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, ladder logic, standard I/O devices, mechanical systems, HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with building systems such as fire suppression, air compressors, and power distribution.
• Ability to work in seasonal conditions and at heights while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime.
