What you will do

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and processing equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, motors, belts, chains, and related equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues, complete repairs, perform welding and fabrication, and install new equipment.
• Conduct line checks, lubrication, inspections, and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Record work-order results, inspection findings, and maintenance notifications accurately in SAP and the CMMS.
• Follow food-safety, Lockout/Tagout, safety, and workmanship procedures while collaborating with operations personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Lockout/Tagout, forklift, and sanitation certifications are required; training may be provided if not yet qualified.
• Manufacturing maintenance experience is preferred, particularly in food processing.
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing and understand written and oral instructions.
• Basic math, reasoning, troubleshooting, manual dexterity, and the ability to operate work-related equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, work at heights, and tolerate noisy, hot, cold, wet, slippery, and physically demanding plant conditions.
