Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 / hour

What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, equipment, and physical structures at the site.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, and proximity sensors.
• Maintain and repair pipe systems, hydraulic equipment, and pneumatic components.
• Fabricate machine parts and tools using lathes, grinders, drills, and welding equipment.
• Execute TPM programs and follow 5S practices to support lean activities and safety regulations.
• Coordinate material requisitions for projects and facilitate training for other technicians.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Physical ability to stand for 10 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Conroe, TX.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
