Senior Integration Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; approximately 10% travel, including possible travel to Boston, MA for new-hire onboarding and occasional in-person meetings and company events.

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead technical analysis and design of healthcare interoperability and payer prior authorization integrations.
• Run client-facing discovery and requirements-gathering sessions and translate payer and provider workflows into technical specifications.
• Design reusable integration workflows using REST APIs, HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, X12 EDI, SFTP, flat files, JSON, and XML.
• Create source-to-target mappings, interface specifications, data-flow diagrams, validation rules, and error-handling requirements.
• Investigate integration failures, coordinate root-cause analysis, and resolve data-quality issues across technical teams.
• Develop test scenarios and support unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, and production-readiness testing while mentoring less-experienced analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience analyzing, defining, implementing, or supporting healthcare integrations.
• Experience leading complex healthcare integration initiatives from discovery through testing and production readiness.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, SFTP, and flat-file integration patterns.
• Experience with HL7 FHIR and HL7 v2; knowledge of payer workflows such as prior authorization, eligibility, claims, provider data, or utilization management.
• Experience creating mappings, interface specifications, workflow diagrams, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, technical design, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
