Vended Ancillary Applications Analyst II (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support the design, development, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of healthcare information systems and ancillary applications.
• Work with users, clinical teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to analyze requirements and determine application solutions.
• Participate in small and medium-sized projects, tracking milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and project status.
• Prepare and maintain analysis, design, programming, procedures, and user documentation.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and issue resolution, including on-call and after-hours support when required.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support other teams across the information systems department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience, including experience implementing and supporting electronic health record or integrated ancillary systems.
• Experience with computer systems, Microsoft online and Office applications, Windows desktop and server operating systems, services, and remote connectivity tools.
• Working knowledge of vendor-supported healthcare applications and the ability to support cross-IT application teams.
• Effective English communication skills for working with medical center staff, patients, families, vendors, and external customers.
• Ability to analyze moderately complex problems, manage priorities, work collaboratively, and provide customer-focused support.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Smartsheet.
• Experience with healthcare system vendor management and system lifecycle management.
• Experience improving processes and workflows across IT teams.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Culture & Benefits

• Full-time employment with an annual base salary range of $90,000–$114,000.
