Employer Solutions Systems and Process Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $106,000–$146,000 annual base salary, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead discovery, documentation, and improvement of complex end-to-end go-to-market processes.
• Design future-state processes and translate business objectives into scalable system capabilities and requirements.
• Evaluate how platforms, data, integrations, and processes work together across the go-to-market technology ecosystem.
• Partner with Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketing Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Data, and other teams on cohesive solutions.
• Coordinate CRM enhancements, CPQ improvements, workflow automation, system integrations, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, solution architecture, process improvement, go-to-market technology, systems integration, technology consulting, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing and redesigning complex cross-functional business processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, system integrations, workflow automation, data flows, and systems architecture.
• Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM data models, automation, integrations, and adjacent go-to-market platforms.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations or transformation programs involving multiple business and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, communication, and business-to-technical translation skills.
