Integration Consulting Specialist (API): Delivering API integration consultancy and solution design for Amadeus travel solutions with an accent on architecture, data flows, customer advisory, and end-to-end implementation. Focus on designing integration approaches, coordinating complex delivery projects, solving post-integration issues, and optimizing integrations across customer and partner ecosystems.
Location: Hybrid work at the Bogota office, Colombia

What you will do
- Support pre-sales activities by analyzing customer business flows and proposing API integration approaches.
- Advise customers and internal stakeholders on API architecture, integration patterns, data flows, and best practices.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, integration designs, and solution options across the portfolio.
- Own onboarding, implementation, optimization, milestones, risks, and customer satisfaction for assigned projects.
- Organize integration workshops covering architecture, data mapping, and orchestration.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other stakeholders while supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in API integration, technical consultancy, or SaaS delivery.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and complex, global organizations.
- Familiarity with project management and Agile, SAFe, or equivalent methodologies.
- Good English communication skills required.
- Understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, authentication, application certificate management, system integration architectures, data flows, and middleware solutions.
