What you will do

• Drive high-impact enterprise deployments by embedding on-site with customers for focused 5-day engagements.
• Design and build production-grade workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities and adoption goals.
• Act as a bridge between customers and the Product/Engineering teams to identify and document reusable product features.
• Create an internal playbook library of reusable learnings, workflows, and integration patterns.
• Deliver time-boxed customer engagements that result in solutions customers can own and operate independently.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in full-stack or backend development with experience building APIs and automation pipelines.
• Expertise in building integrations, working with authentication patterns, and event-driven systems.
• Experience in solution design, turning complex operational problems into practical technical designs.
• Confidence in customer-facing roles, building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time primarily across Europe.
• English: C1+ proficiency required (company language).

• Experience with hirify.global or similar workflow automation tools.
• Background in forward deployed or solutions engineering roles at product-led organizations.
• Experience developing custom nodes, connectors, or SDKs.
• Experience turning customer learnings into clear product feedback and engineering specifications.
