Senior OneStream Administrator (ERP)

TL;DR

Senior OneStream Administrator (ERP): Technical and functional ownership of the OneStream SaaS platform for financial consolidation and reporting with an accent on stability, security, and governance. Focus on bridging finance requirements and IT execution to optimize xP&A solutions and ensuring high availability across environments.

Location: Onsite five days a week in East Peoria, IL or Irving, TX. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $147,760.00 - $240,110.00

What you will do

• Administer OneStream platform across Development, Pre-Production, and Production environments to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including consolidation and reporting.
• Manage application configuration, metadata, business rules, workflows, dashboards, and security structures.
• Support and enhance xP&A solutions, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Govern application security, user access, and audit controls while supporting regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Expertise in OneStream EPM, including Financial Consolidation, Financial Close, Reporting, and xP&A.
• Experience administering and optimizing OneStream SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ability to configure and manage metadata, business rules, and reporting objects.
• Experience managing platform upgrades, releases, testing, and change management.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week.
