What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions and translate clients’ business processes, accounting policies, and operational requirements into scalable hirify.global ERP solutions (invoicing, revenue recognition, labor costing, project accounting, cost pools, overhead allocations).
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, training, testing, and go-live using a milestone-based methodology.
• Support clients during their first financial close cycle by strengthening reconciliation activities, process consistency, and month-end controls.
• Drive client training and change management to improve adoption and alignment with business outcomes.
• Partner with project managers to deliver multiple concurrent implementations on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor less experienced consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies.

Requirements

• Location: Anywhere in the United States
• 5+ years of ERP implementation or software consulting experience.
• Experience supporting AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) firms or implementing ERP solutions for project-based organizations.
• Strong accounting foundation, including general ledger, revenue recognition, cost accounting, project accounting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing, manipulating, and validating large data sets.
• Comfort using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve efficiency and client delivery.
