What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and configure applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow platform tools.
• Design and implement robust integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Execute performance enhancements and scalability improvements for the platform.
• Maintain security standards and regulatory compliance across all implementations.
• Create technical documentation and facilitate training for end users and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience including administration and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL v4/5 certification required within 3 months).
• Active ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications (or obtained within first 3 months).
• Must be able to work onsite in Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI.

Nice to have

• Advanced ServiceNow certifications (CIS in ITSM/SPM or ArchX).
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Knowledge of App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
• Expertise in data modeling and table design.
