What you will do

• Define and evolve the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog, prioritizing based on business value and strategic alignment.
• Partner with business experts to translate complex challenges into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive the full AI product lifecycle from discovery and validation through to deployment and scaling.
• Define business KPIs and success metrics to measure productivity gains and revenue impact.
• Promote the adoption of AI solutions across the organization and lead change management and user enablement.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Data Governance teams to ensure AI standards and scalability across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles.
• Proven experience delivering AI, ML, GenAI, or data-driven products.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and LLM APIs.
• English: C1 level or above.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or supply-chain industry.
• Product or Agile certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe PO/PM.
• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience working in international, cross-market environments.
