What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact features, from initial discovery and PRDs to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership to define the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives aligning with the company mission.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver persona-first, data-driven solutions while navigating technical trade-offs.
• Utilize SQL, user research, and A/B testing to iterate on features and measure success via KPIs.
• Identify and integrate AI-assisted tools to enhance merchant experience and automate internal processes.
• Translate feedback from Customer Success teams into actionable product requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 4+ years of professional product management experience shipping successful B2B or consumer-facing software.
• Strong proficiency in SQL or analytics platforms for data storytelling and KPI tracking.
• Solid understanding of API integrations, cloud architecture, and modern software development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, executable steps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Fintech or E-commerce, specifically payment gateways, checkout flows, or insurance-tech.
• Experience building dashboards or tools specifically for SMB or Enterprise retailers.
• Background in managing developer-facing products or third-party integrations.
