Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Track and analyze feature adoption, engagement, and retention KPIs for core visibility products.
• Identify friction points through usage data, customer interviews, and feedback loops.
• Build and prioritize a backlog of product enhancements to drive customer stickiness.
• Write SQL queries to independently explore feature usage and customer behavior.
• Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand shipper workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams through the full product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3+ years of expertise in supply chain or logistics domains.
• Practical experience in truckload transportation or freight visibility.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics tools.
• Strong customer engagement skills and ability to translate feedback into requirements.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate product management workflows.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to SaaS onboarding flows or customer health scoring.
• Experience with Pendo or Amplitude.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or a quantitative discipline.
