Compensation: $144,000–$181,000

What you will do

• Manage a team of 4 software engineers, overseeing both personnel and project delivery.
• Drive the development of Request Approval and Inbox services for the hirify.global Platform.
• Maintain a player-coach role, staying hands-on with development while managing the roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PM, UX, and Architecture using Scrum processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of learning.
• Plan and execute high-quality software projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 5+ years of experience managing and running Agile Sprint teams.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based application development.
• Experience with large codebases, unit testing, and mock frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-accelerated development tools like Claude Code or Codex.
• Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD.
