Salary: $160,000 – $201,000 per year

What you will do

• Own quality outcomes across all CEM delivery verticals through direct reports and matrixed Principal QA Leads.
• Establish and enforce organization-wide standards for test plans and test cases to ensure rigorous quality practices.
• Drive the organization's AI strategy for QA, including AI-authored PRs and AI-generated test scenarios to expand coverage.
• Build and mature the Performance Engineering practice, including load testing and benchmarking baselines.
• Collaborate with the Automation Lead to stabilize and modernize the automation platform and reduce false-failure noise.
• Manage the day-to-day operations, hiring, onboarding, and career development of the QA & Standards organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering and QA experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading QA teams of 10+ engineers.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Proven experience leading QA transformations and establishing structured testing standards in distributed organizations.
• Demonstrated background in driving AI/ML tool adoption for test generation and quality acceleration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft technology stack: C#, .NET, and Azure.
• Background in financial services, equity compensation, or other regulated domains.
• Familiarity with AI-powered intelligent triage and anomaly detection tooling.
• Experience building performance engineering practices integrated into CI/CD workflows.
