What you will do

• Design and implement solutions for new investment-management clients and onboard users and client data onto the platform.
• Own historical data conversions from start to finish using established methodologies.
• Manage project scope, expectations, status, documentation, and delivery assurance across internal, client, and third-party stakeholders.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and transition to best-practice operating models.
• Develop scalable processes, templates, tools, and methodologies to reduce project effort and duration.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects and communicate project health to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Professional experience in project management, financial services, or consulting.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and source systems.
• Ability to train and communicate effectively with clients across email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Independent, adaptable, process-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing investment-management software.
• Programming or scripting experience, especially Python.
• Salesforce experience.
