What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties from kickoff to production.
• Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Engineering teams to deliver implementations on schedule.
• Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Configure and validate client environments across modular trading and portfolio systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within capital markets or financial technology.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead stakeholders through structured processes.
• Experience working with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of SQL and command line environments.
• Familiarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting (Python preferred).
• Exposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience onboarding clients to trading, OMS, EMS, or portfolio systems.
• Understanding of capital markets workflows and electronic trading infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating integrations across exchanges, liquidity providers, or institutional counterparties.
