What you will do

• Manage end-to-end client implementation and onboarding projects for financial institutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure trading environments, user accounts, permissions, and integration workflows.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and third-party vendors throughout the implementation process.
• Deliver onsite and virtual training sessions for traders and portfolio managers.
• Create functional documentation, implementation plans, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in financial technology, software implementations, or client-facing technical support.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Proven experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with OMS, EMS, or PMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of the FIX Protocol.
• Experience with Java or Python.
• Understanding of financial markets and investment management workflows.
