Benefits Operations Manager

Salary: $108,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of benefits, wellness, and compliance initiatives from concept to multi-state implementation.
• Administer US health benefits and 401k plans, managing vendor relationships and platform updates.
• Design and optimize regional and global employee leave programs and wellness perk architectures.
• Research and track state-by-state hiring approvals and regional compliance parameters in partnership with Legal and Finance.
• Develop documentation standards and "just enough" governance for compliance and leave tracking.
• Create leader toolkits and communication materials to translate complex compliance data into human-centric narratives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in US health benefits, 401k management, and employment compliance.
• Deep expertise in US healthcare infrastructure, ERISA rules, and multi-state compliance.
• Experience working in high-growth, remote-first environments.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams.
• High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive medical and personal leave data.
• Must be based in the USA.
